FCEDC seeks full-time administrative assistant
Fond du Lac County Economic Development Corporation (FCEDC) is seeking a candidate who, under direction of the president, can provide high-level support for organizational projects, support the Board of Directors and Committees, and maintain the documents and systems essential to the corporation.
Required qualifications for this full-time position include an Associate’s degree in office administration or equivalent experience; typing speed of at least 50 wpm; and high-level software skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access (or other database programs) and Outlook. Software skills in Acrobat and Photoshop are a plus. Ability to work independently, a tenacity to complete challenging tasks, ability to work well with the public, professional demeanor and a team-player are all essential qualities needed for this position.
Duties of this position include but are not limited to document creation and management on a variety of projects; maintenance of documents; database management; marketing support; investor relations; board and executive committee support; event and meeting management; as well as general functions such as answering the main phone line and respond to calls appropriately, ordering office supplies and coordinating all elements of mass mailing projects.
