Strategic Plan

Fond du Lac County Economic Development Corporation completed its strategic analysis process in early 2006. The process included a board session, several one-on-one interviews and focus groups. In addition, e-surveys were sent out to past and current clients, investors, organizational partners and elected officials. FCEDC thanks the many individuals and organizations who took part in this process.

The five-year strategic plan (2007 to 2011) was developed out of this process. Praised for its completeness, aggressive goals and accountability measures, this plan will now serve as a living plan for all FCEDC activities.
 

To respond even better to a fast-moving business climate, FCEDC and its Board of Directors is developing a three-year strategic plan for 2012-2014. The new plan will be released in late 2011.
