Fond du Lac County prides itself on the quality of its educational structure. Wisconsin again ranked at the top of ACT scores for the United States, and Fond du Lac schools ranked above average within the state.

The public schools in the Fond du Lac metro area were recently ranked among the top 25 in the nation by Expansion Management Magazine. Higher education opportunities abound in Fond du Lac County with opportunities at University of Wisconsin-Fond du Lac, Marian University, Ripon College and Moraine Park Technical College.
