The Changing Face of Success: Taking Action in the Workplace and CommunityFond du Lac County stakeholders convened last November to uncover strategies for being proactive and generating local success in a diverse and global marketplace. 150 people participated. Following that 80 people came together in nine small groups to forge a specific path forward for our County.
Decision-makers spoke, and many have already taken action. Join other top leaders from across the County in forging success within the global village as you discover what targeted priorities and strategies emerged from the small groups; learn how some local stakeholders have already translated strategy into action; sharpen tools for implementing diversity in the workplace and community; participate in a county-wide process that gets results by doing. In direct response to outcomes of the November event and small group work, the morning features Rhonda Taylor-Parris, Director of Workforce Planning at Aurora Health Care, who will provide participants with practical strategies for successfully incorporating diversity as a key building block in a productive workplace.
Who should attend? CEO’s, executive directors, human resource directors, community leaders, church leaders, education and student leaders.
