FCEDC receives goldThe Fond du Lac County Economic Development Corporation (FCEDC) received the gold winner award in the Best Economic Development Agency category at Corporate Report Wisconsin's 7th annual Best of Wisconsin Business Awards. Businesses in 28 categories were honored earlier this month. This is only the second year of the category for economic development agencies, and FCEDC has been named in the top three in both of those years. Nearly 2,000 readers cast their votes online to determine the winners. This year, FCEDC shared the top three with Thrive, the Madison-based regional organization and Advance: Green Bay Area Economic Development. |
Entrepreneurs wantedThe University of Wisconsin-Green Bay's School of Business is looking for entrepreneurs to help with a research study designed to capture perceptions of entrepreneurs and starting a business.
